Miscellaneous improvements

• Signal explorer: Support exporting data uploaded via the Data API without explicitly marking derived signals exportable in the library.

Bug fixes

• Library: Show that a derived signal is exportable if the underlying signal is exportable.
• Signal explorer: Fixed an issue with checking if a signal is exportable.
